1• All orders placed before 12 pm will be processed and shipped the next day.

2•All orders placed after 12 pm will be processed and shipped the day after day.

3• All order despatch from your nearest corporate office.

4• We offer Pan India delivery with delivery charge. Within West-Bengal charge is 50/- & 75/- for rest of India on every 500gm. After 5kg charge within West-Bengal delivery charge 35/- & 60/- for rest of India on every 500gm.

5• We are not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

6•We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages due to carrier mishandling.

7• Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with their order.

8• We are not responsible for any undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.

9• We cannot change a shipping address once an order has been placed.
